1. Contracting Entity & Corporate Status

This agreement is entered into between you (either as an individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as "Customer", "User", or "You") and Auvrion Technologies, a legally registered business enterprise headquartered at Block 5, Thakur Panchanan Road, Salugara, Siliguri, West Bengal – 734008, India (GSTIN: 19AVLPJ6302Q3ZX).

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

To use AndroidApp.in, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract under applicable law:

• Credential Safeguards: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and API tokens.
• Authorized Activity: You accept full responsibility for all activities, builds, and transactions originating under your registered account.
• Security Breach Notification: You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] upon discovering unauthorized access.

3. Service Description & Compilation Scope

AndroidApp.in provides automated software engineering tools that compile responsive web applications into installable Android binaries (APK) and Google Play release packages (AAB):

• Cloud Packaging Pipeline: Conversion of customer web URLs into hardware-accelerated Android Studio projects compiled with Gradle.
• Independent Platform: AndroidApp.in is an independent cloud builder. We are not an app store, APK repository, or public distribution directory.
• Website Dependency: The mobile app streams live responsive web content from your web server over HTTPS. Hosting and maintaining your website remains your sole responsibility.

4. Customer Website Ownership & Authority

You represent and warrant that you own or have explicit legal authorization to package the target website URL into an Android application:

• No Third-Party Packaging: You may not submit URLs of third-party websites, trademarked portals, or banking properties without verifiable written permission.
• Indemnity for Unauthorized URLs: If you package a website without authority, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auvrion Technologies against all claims or legal damages.

5. Intellectual Property & App Ownership

Our ownership model guarantees total client sovereignty as established in our App Ownership Guarantee:

• Customer Retains 100% IP: You retain exclusive ownership of your website, app logo, brand identity, and customer data.
• No Third-Party Ads or Watermarks: We do not inject banner advertisements, interstitials, or promotional watermarks into your compiled application.
• AdMob & Monetization Revenue: Any advertising revenue generated through your configured AdMob account belongs 100% to you.

6. Cryptographic Keystores & Package Deliverables

Each application is signed with a unique cryptographic key (.jks):

• Key Custody: Your signing keystore and passwords belong exclusively to you, allowing permanent independence from our platform.
• Digital Fulfillment: Deliverables (APK, AAB, keystore) are provided digitally via account download and email confirmation upon compilation.

7. Google Play Store Independence & Developer Policies

Publishing on the Google Play Store is subject strictly to Google's independent policies:

• Independent Review Process: Google LLC independently reviews and approves all applications submitted to the Play Store.
• Separate Account Registration: Publishing requires an active Google Play Developer Console account registered directly with Google ($25 one-time fee paid to Google).
• Policy Compliance: Your website content must comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies (e.g., User Data, Financial Services, Intellectual Property).

8. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against malicious or illicit applications. You may not package websites that involve:

• Phishing, banking fraud, credential theft, or unauthorized impersonation of financial institutions.
• Malware distribution, ransomware, spyware, or malicious background scripts.
• Unlawful gambling, unlicensed narcotics, counterfeit goods, or hate speech violating Indian or international statutes.

9. Dynamic Pricing, Currencies & Tax Compliance

Pricing is displayed dynamically based on your detected billing location:

• Indian Customers: Billed in INR (₹) with statutory 18% GST itemized on official tax invoices.
• International Customers: Billed in USD ($) or local currencies via PCI-DSS compliant global gateways.
• Zero Hidden Fees: Build packages include automated compilation, keystore generation, and core deliverables without recurring mandatory fees.

10. Refund Policy Integration

All purchases are subject to our formal Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because compiled software binaries, APK packages, and cryptographic keystores cannot be un-downloaded, orders where production binaries have been compiled and delivered are non-refundable.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Service Availability

AndroidApp.in provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our cloud compilation infrastructure maintains 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation during scheduled maintenance or third-party cloud outages.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auvrion Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. In all cases, total aggregate liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the specific build or service in question.

13. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Siliguri, District Darjeeling, West Bengal, India.
