Clear, unambiguous guidelines governing cancellations, software delivery, and refund eligibility on AndroidApp.in.
Due to the irreversible digital nature of software compilation and keystore issuance, compiled production binaries (APK/AAB) are non-returnable once delivered. If you encounter an unresolvable compilation defect or request cancellation prior to build processing within 24 hours, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2 business days.
No Return Policy on Digital Software
All products and services offered on this Platform are digital software artifacts. Once generated, downloaded, or dispatched, digital assets cannot be physically returned. Consequently, no physical returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
Refund Policy & Cancellation Windows
Under this policy, the following rules govern order processing and refund eligibility:
- Cancellation Prior to Build Execution: Cancellations are eligible for a 100% full refund if submitted within 24 hours (1 day) of placing the order, provided our cloud build engine has not yet initiated compilation and asset packaging.
- Irreversible Digital Deliverables: Once automated compilation has successfully completed and your signed APK, Google Play AAB, or private keystore (.jks) has been issued, the license fee is strictly non-refundable.
- Defective Compilation Resolution: In the event of a build anomaly or technical defect, notify our customer support team within 24 hours. If our engineering team cannot resolve the technical defect within 3 business days, a full refund will be granted.
- Third-Party Merchant / Custom Add-on Exclusions: Custom development requests, third-party plugin integrations, and expedited Google Play submission consulting that have already been fulfilled are non-cancellable.
Refund Processing & Disbursal Timelines
In all cases where a refund is formally approved by Auvrion Technologies:
- Disbursal Window: Approved refunds will be initiated within 2 business days directly to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or PayPal).
- Bank Settlement Period: Depending on your card issuer or banking network, funds typically reflect in your bank account within 3 to 7 business days following initiation.
- Zero Deductions on Legitimate Failures: If a refund is approved due to an unresolvable server failure on our end, zero cancellation fees or gateway deductions are levied.
