Welcome to AndroidApp.in (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website https://androidapp.in/ and any services we provide, including the generation of custom Android applications from your website.

By accessing or using our website or purchasing any of our plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

AndroidApp.in provides a digital service that converts your existing website into a native Android application (APK). We offer three plans:

  • Starter Plan: Basic APK for direct installation (no Play Store).
  • Pro Plan: Enhanced features including push notifications and custom navigation.
  • Premium Plan: Full business solution with login support, security, keystore management, and optional Google Play Store publishing at additional cost.

All apps are one-time purchase with lifetime validity—no recurring fees or renewals.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free trial version of our app so you can evaluate functionality before purchasing. By proceeding with a paid plan, you confirm that you have tested the trial and accept the service as-is.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.
Since our service delivers a custom-built digital product based on your inputs (website URL, branding, etc.), and since a free trial is available for evaluation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Technical issues on your end (e.g., hosting, SSL, or website compatibility)
  • Google Play Store rejection due to your content or policy violations
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information from you

4. Your Responsibilities

To use our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information (e.g., valid website URL, logo, app name).
  • Ensure your website complies with applicable laws and does not contain illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Own or have proper rights to all content, logos, and trademarks you submit.
  • Comply with Google Play Developer policies if you opt for Play Store publishing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if your content violates laws or our ethical standards.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your website content and branding.
  • We retain all rights to the underlying app-building technology, codebase, and platform.
  • The final APK is licensed to you for distribution and use, but the core app framework remains our intellectual property.

You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our app generator or output as a standalone product.

6. Google Play Publishing (optional with Premium Plan)

If you select the Google Play publishing add-on:

  • All apps will be published from our Google Developer Account and accept Google’s terms.
  • We act as your technical agent solely to upload your app.
  • We are not responsible for Google Play rejections, suspensions, or policy enforcement.
  • Keystore files (if provided) are used only for signing and publishing and are deleted after successful submission unless you request backup.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AndroidApp.in shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play, your web host, WordPress plugins)

Our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid for your plan.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of our service with or without notice
  • Update these Terms at any time (changes effective upon posting)
  • Suspend accounts that abuse or misuse the service

Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
